Meike Schrut

Soul pain

Solve me from dreams
rise to the sky.
Wash me with clouds
dry me with sunrays.
Vintage in pictures, old books.
It is as if you were known to me for many years.
My arms are too short
they do not reach up to the weaves of my imagination.
Goddess of the rainbow:
where do you leave for me the colours of the love?!
Does a goddess smile only secretly at my wishes?
Push open doors, only to slam them again.
Wants to put questions, but:
like a piece of meat what sits there in my neck
