Inge Hornisch

In Safe Hands

Rest for a while

in safe hands

like the seed

fallen from a tree

and taken away

from the life wind.

At his time the protective

hands would have retired,

the wind blows again,

and the young sprout

should observe where

the wind comes along.

In sicheren Hnden

Eine Weile ausruhen
in sicheren Hnden
wie ein Same,
der vom Baum fllt
und vom Lebenswind
fortgeweht wird.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt
haben sich die schtzenden
Hnde bereits entfernt,
der Wind blst weiter,
und der junge Trieb
sollte acht geben
wo der Wind hinweht.
