Iris Feller

Little I

Who are you, little I?

I SOOTHE YOU WHEN YOU CRY
IM THE ONLY ONE YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON
IM STILL THERE WHEN THE OTHERS ARE GONE

But where are you, little I?

YOU CAN FEEL ME WHEN YOU SIGH
I HELP YOU TO FORGET YOUR FEARS
YOUR HEART WONT CRY NO TEARS
THERES ALWAYS A WAY OUT
NOT EVERYTHINGS WRAPPED UP IN A SHROUD

Little I, I know you must be someone great
Youre the one who eases ones fate
Im grateful that youre my friend
I want you to stay until the end

Little I, please tell me your name
And finish your mysterious game

IVE GOT AS MANY NAMES
AS FIRE HAS GOT FLAMES:
LOVE, WISHES, DREAMS AND HOPE
IM THE FALLING WORLDS ROPE
