Carolin Pandikow

Dreaming beholder

The sun is shining all the day
you hear the crickets sing their song.
You wish you’d be there – far away
 enjoy it for so long.

 No noise, no business anywhere
your mind can be so free.
You see the flowers standing there
can smell how sweet they’d be.

You turn away – the dream has gone
no way to be there now.
But you can say: „There ist no one
 to steal this dream somehow!“
