DICE BERNARDO, hijo menor (panthoseas)

... este hombre delgado y bajito,

es mi padre;

y esta mujer con las piernas hinchadas,

es mi madre;

... mi padre, por la noche, tose;

ha fumado mucho y trabajó de sol a sol hasta agotarse;

a veces tararea, y también llora;

… mi madre hace que no lo ve, que no se entera,

pero se suena la nariz mientras plancha y luego se restriega los ojos

y también la frente;

mi madre no tiene precio. “... pero, así, con estas piernas,

¿ a dónde voy … ?” – nos dice –

... y va, va a todos los sitios donde puede,

con cuidado y despacito, eso sí;

... mi madre y mi padre hablan poco,

pero de vez en cuando, al cruzarse, se guiñan y sonríen;

y se nota en la casa, entonces, un silencio agradable.
