Hey Irene, everybody knows:
love's not always a rose.
Sometimes it's a fridge,
but if you find the bridge
to your lover's heart,
you can melt the ice,
would'nt that be nice.

Irgendwie kommen Gedichte in Englisch nicht so rhythmisch rüber wie in Deutsch... _Liegt's an der Sprache?

Das Gefühl entsteht, wenn man sich den Sinn erschließen/ übersetzen muss und nicht einfach lesen kann.
Rhythmus hat das Gedicht, aber wie viele andere von mir in beiden Sprachen kein gleichmässiges Metrum. Das macht das Dichten für mich so interessant.

Ich liebe deine beiden Schlusszeilen,
die ja bewusst als "Waisen" angelegt
sind (gedacht als Hinweis für Paul).
