My Writer should not think that just beacuse her Editor is silent he does not notice what she has done. Erica was printed out hours ago and is being taken home for perusals over the weekend

Answer by Bonnie Brooke (01.12.2006):
Ooh, that makes me smile :-). Yr Writer was just putting together a X-mas 'hamper' (although she detests the word!) for her Reader. She hopes it will arrive before he departs for the Patagonian Icefields ... :-)

Yr Editor is delighted but caught clean off his guard, noba, seeing only as his Writer brings the matter up, he has been wrestling with the practicalites of reaching his Writer in connection with Christmas; he was (as she knows) proposing to rek tijd by delaying matters until 3 March.
He does feel compelled, by his Writer's message, to growl (Grr) at her, albeit in the manner of an ineffectual lion that's just had a close encounter with a dental vet

Answer by Bonnie Brooke (01.12.2006):
Yr Writer growls back gently :)

A stroking naked truth like this,
And afterwards a raptured, loosened calm."
