theo tammes was born in hengelo, netherlands in the coldest winter of the century, 1953.
He started writing in primary scholl, essays and poems later on, and never stopeed.
By now he has written 23 books, several bundels of poetry, and is busy as an artist living in portugal.
He makes magical birds and dragons in ceramics, paints phantasies and landscapes.
