Dear Sue,
my son who was dumped a while ago by his girlfriend of 2 years discovered that in order to be happy again he mustn't cling to another person. First be good and gentle to yourself, don't beat you up and rehash the past. Be open and friendly , enjoy the day, because you never know what will happen next,
